With all the Korean lilacs, foam flowers, fragrant star azaleas, irises, witch alders, peonies, red twig dogwoods, and baptisias, the smell is simply uplifting. The sounds of birds, the fragrances of nature guide one's thoughts and senses. The reflecting pool also adds the sound of flowing water to the ambiance.
